Platinum Plan – $50.00/Year - includes up to 600 words in ad; three (3) photographs, artwork or poems; complete mailing address; Listed as New Member for one (1) month; Prison Pen Pal Newsletters; Your name listed in bold.

Titanium Plan - $80.00/Year - includes up to 1000 words in ad; six (6) photographs, artwork or poems; complete mailing address; Listed as New Member for one (1) month; Prison Pen Pal Newsletters; Your name listed in bold; Membership in our Online Store; Membership in our E-Mail Program; Our Titanium logo next to your name.

Special Programs:

Renewal (Yearly) – $10.00 OFF the current plan price

Online Store – $10.00/Year – includes up to 400 Words and eight (8) photos for all your items; all the pen pal ad rules also apply in our Online Store.

E-Mail Program – $15.00/Year – Our e-mail program allows people who want to send E-Mail to their pen pal rather than write.  We print the e-mails up and forward them to you via Post Office.  You are permitted three (3) per year Free; additional e-mails will be charged $.50 each.  You must provide in advance SASE for them to be sent to you, we ask you send at least five (5) when starting.

Referral Program – this program is to reward those people who refer others to our site, if you…

       Refer five (5) people to our site and they select any of our membership plans and you will receive one (1) additional year of membership to your current plan type FREE. (Make sure the person puts your referral information in the application)

       Refer ten (10) people to our site and they select any of our membership plans and you will receive three (3) additional years of membership to your current plan type FREE. (Make sure the person puts your referral information in the application)

       Refer twenty (20) people to our site and they select any of our membership plans and you will receive membership until released (extent of your incarceration) to your current plan type FREE. (Make sure the person puts your referral information in the application)           

Note: The Referral Program applies to the Basic and Platinum Plans; if you want to have the Titanium Plan you are required to pay the different between the Platinum and Titanium Plan.

       Change you address (Your address will be updated for FREE)

       You want to cancel your subscription (Your ad will be removed for FREE – NO refund is offered)

       When you are released (Your ad will be marked as JUST RELEASED for a month then removed for FREE)

  3. Send the application and payment to our facility.

Prison Pen Pal accepts no responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any statement made by advertisers or respondents.  We strongly recommend that you take appropriate safeguards communicating with the people you meet through our services.

In advertising with us, or responding to an ad you agree to hold Prison Pen Pal and all parties affiliated harmless from all costs, liabilities, damages and attorneys fees, resulting from or caused by any reply to such advertisements.  In no event will Prison Pen Pal be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, exemplary or other damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.

In choosing to place a personal ad (applies to prisoners only) with Prison Pen Pal please understand that you and other providers of the information on Prison Pen Pal are the not the publishers of the information.  We are just providing the space to you to place an ad on the Internet.

In placing an ad with this company, YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

  1. No business are allow in the ad (unless a link to an ad in our Online Store)
  2. You cannot use e-mail or web site addresses in your ad(s).
  3. You cannot use anyone else name or pictures. Yours and yours alone are the only one that you can use. If we find out that you use someone else’s name or picture, the ad will be removed, with no reimbursement.
  4. It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your address changes, you wish to have your ad removed, or if you are released from prison. There will not be an additional charge for this. All ad updated and changed MUST come from the inmate themselves.  Payment may come from another person if needed.
  5. There will be no refunds for any ads placed with us.
  6. We are not responsible for items sent to a wrong address or items that are damaged or lost in the mail or at our facilities.
  7. Items that are sent to us will only be returned if requested; we are NOT responsible if it is lost in the mail
  8. Your Ad and its picture(s) may be changed once a year for FREE; additional times will carry a $5.00 charge each.
  9. You are not allowed to use profanity or adult content.
  10. We do reserve the right to edit, change or delete wording in all ads placed.

Anyone that does not follow all the rules of this company will have their ads removed without refund.

NO STAFF MEMBERS OF PRISON PEN PAL WILL CORESPOND PERSONALLY WITH YOU; PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO, PERSONS WHO CONTINUE VIOLATION OF THIS WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR SITE WITH NO REFUND.

All applicants are responsible for their correct mailing information; double-check it before you mail it.  Prison Pen Pal cannot be held liable for any damages as a result of this service.  All applicants listing agree they are 18 years of age or over.  All applicants understand this information will appear on a professional pen pal website to be viewed by anyone who visits.  There are NO promises made to applicants about how many people will write them.  We have No control over who will want to write which inmate.  Enter this contract at your own risk.  Prison Pen Pal has no control over the type of person who answers these ads.
