Even though I am in this situation I will not be consumed, and I will not stop believing in my potential to have a life of significance. Even if I convince myself that my life is significance in and of itself, I would still have the need to be a part of someone else's life. So that's what this web page is all about. Keith "Why the Rib Was Chosen" When God created the heavens and earth, he spoke them into being. When he created man he formed him and breathed life into his nostrils. But you woman, he fashioned. He breathed life into man because your nostrils are too delicate. He allowed a deep sleep to come over him so he could patiently and perfectly fashion you. Man was put to sleep so that he could not interfere with the creativity of you. From one bone he fashioned you. He chose the bone that protects man's life. He chose the strong, yet delicate rib that protects his heart and lungs and supports him as you are meant to. Your characteristics are as the rib, strong, yet fragile and delicate. You provide protection for the most delicate organs in the man's life. His heart and lungs. His heart is his center of his whole being. His lungs hold the breathe of life. The rib cage will allow itself to be broken before it will allow damage to his heart and lungs. Support him as the rib cage supports the body. Around this one bone God fashioned you. He shaped you. He created you perfect. Your eyes do not change them. Your lips, how lovely when they part in prayer. Your nose so perfect in form. Your hands so gentle to touch. Of all that lives and breathes, you are the most like him. That is why he made you Mother of Life. You see you reside in him. Adam walked with God in the cool of the day, yet he was lonely. He could not see him or touch him. He could only feel God. So everything God wanted Adam to share and experience with him he fashioned in you. His holiness, his strength, his purity, his love, and support, his protection. You are special because you are the extension of him. Man represents Gods image, woman his emotions. Together we represent the totality of God. So to all men treat women well. Love her. Respect her. For she is fragile. In hurting her you hurt God. What you do to her you do to God. In crushing her you only damage your own heart and lungs Women support man as the rib cage. In humility show him the power of emotions God has given to you. In gentle quietness show your strength. In love show him that you are the rib that protects his inner self.
