It shames me to have to admit that I am on death row, but past mistakes make this a reality, that I cannot deny. I have been incarcerated, since the age of 19 years old. I am 5’8”, 165 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair, and of mixed race. I am African American and Caucasian. I am athletic; enjoy exercising, and playing basketball. I also love poetry, music, nature, reading, and learning about new things. I am very open minded, straight forward, and down to earth. I have a good sense of humor, love to laugh, and smile. Laughter truly is the best medicine. Despite my circumstances, I try to keep a positive frame of mind. I believe in the power of thought and positive energy. I am placing this ad in hopes of meeting new people and making a few good friends along the way. I am living in a very small world, often feeling as if I have the weight of the world on my shoulders. I guess this is my attempt of trying to lighten the load a bit. I have realized many things over the years. One thing being the value of friendship and the comfort that comes from knowing someone cares. In the end, we do not desire the things of material value, instead, we only think of and want to see the faces of those who we love and care for. Caring relationships with others is what sustains the heart. I am willing to write anyone, so please do respond. My only request is that you be sincerely and honest.
